Heatwave Information

Please note that the interior of the Château and the Napoleon Museum are not air-conditioned. Remember to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during the hottest hours of the day.

Cool-Down Breaks

Free drinking water is available in the restrooms located in the Louis XV Wing. Please refill your water bottles there. You will also find vending machines offering cold drinks.

In the Cour de la Fontaine, you can visit Le Café des Mariniers and the takeaway kiosk to purchase ice cream and refreshments. In the Grand Park, an ice cream stand is available near the beginning of the Grand Canal on weekends.

For a cooler experience, we recommend visiting the shaded areas of the English Garden or the Grand Park.
